Hi, I'm Sukh Bains. My journey to becoming a mortgage advisor is a bit unconventional, and I believe it gives me a unique perspective on helping families achieve their dreams.

I grew up playing basketball in British Columbia at Tamanawis Secondary School, where I developed the discipline and teamwork skills that would define my career. From there, I earned a scholarship to play Division 1 basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, competing at the highest collegiate level against the best players in the country.

After college, I took my game overseas, playing professional basketball in Sweden. Those years taught me about perseverance, adapting to new environments, and the importance of having a solid game plan—both on and off the court.

When my playing career concluded, I transitioned into the world of mortgages with one guiding principle: to help families achieve their goals, just as I once pursued mine.
